i wanted to change rooms. the reception gave me a new room, but the card didn't work! i went back multiple times. eventually, someone else was lying on the bed she gave me.

The hostel boasts excellent connectivity to public transport it is very easy to get around. The online check-in process was quick I saved time. My group of four got a whole room to ourselves . The bathrooms included hand soap and body shampoo that was a plus.

The vending machine did not work which was a minor inconvenience.

the tram station nearby was super convenient. i didn't need a taxi at all. the connection to the city center was perfect. it was cheaper than other solutions.

the luggage room didn't feel secure. my backpack was open when i returned. i didn't have time to check if anything was stolen.
